The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

Three weeks later, I got a call from the trucking company telling me when the boiler was to arrive (Clearly this shipper doesn't expedite like Amazon). Bought the 150 cfm unit with 6" duct for a lot of air movement. Only needed 80 to 100 cfm unit as per professional installer for size of my bathroom. Although unit is very quite and was easy to install I'm not sure it was worth the money for amount of air it seems to move. Also has about a 10 second delay when turning on. Nothing in product description tells you about this delay.
