If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The inside fins are remote and so is the louver. It remembers where you set it so when you turn off and turn it back on it goes back to the setting you left it at. I just built a new pole building and was looking for heat and decided this is it. At this point have it hanging, in process of hooking up so might be a little early for a review, but I can tell I'm going to be satisfied. Delivery was Awesome no complaints
