We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! I have not hooked this unit up yet, mostly because I don't have all the parts. It would be better if there was some help in "knowing" that you have all that's needed, very simple things have really held things up. It's not until you look at the installation instructions that you figure this out. At this point I would have to blame the seller!
