Our new Mitsubishi makes our bedroom an oasis. This mini-split is ultra quiet and takes the humidity out of the air in short order. My husband (who is a Handy Andy) did all the preliminary installation with no problems, we chose to mount the outside unit on a stand made for mini splits rather than to our cement board siding. A licensed HVAC man came in to do the final vac of the lines to get it fired up, and we could then validate the warranty also. We find setting it at 68 degrees works... more

Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better.
