Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options.
