Received air conditioner installation went great already had sleeve from previous carrier 52s!!! This one cools a lot better more !! I like it better filter is easy to clean just pull them out clean rinse reinstall!!!

We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Was trying to purchase unit from other online store it wasnt working out, tried the following day there pop up ecomfort it was smooth easy process and I don't have to suffer in the heat anymore

Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.
