We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort
