Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. As a residential service company we take pride in our work and choice of equipment we use. The name Weil McLain has been spelling quality for years before I thought of being a plumber. Just follow the installation instructions and you have heat. My technicians make your boilers look like a piece of artwork.

Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.
