Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. This Furnace system is Amazing!!! Quiet, and with the 2 stage Blower, Gas Valve and Thermostat.. it uses the higher speed when needed and the lower most of the time.
