Replaced a 22 year old Triangle tube heater with the Smart 40. My furnace hardly ever runs to keep my hot water hot unless I am using it. Really holds the heat. I have had it installed about a month now and I think it was a great purchase. A little expensive, but if it last as long as my last one, I'll be happy.

My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Panasonic 300cfm Bathroom Fan The Best Jul 28, 2016

I replaced the 100 cfm fan in the bathroom with the Panasonic 300CFMfan. I no longer have a foggy mirror in the bathroom and sometimes I try to fog it up. No more embarrassing stink gas either. After a minute, all objectionable odors are gone. The only draw back is now that it is Winter the cold air rushing under the door and air getting ducked out of the vent register is cold while doing your business. I plan on installing the 150 cfm in my smaller bathroom.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
