I had an 18'x20' addition to heat with Hydrondic floor heat, I looked at Micro Boilers for less money but the EMB-S-5, had many built in features which made it much more economical, and easier to install. It had to fit underneath a cabinet so the size of the unit was able to be installed where I needed it. With the thermostat relays and the pump start relay built in, it was very easy to install on my one zone system. The floor was warm over night, it is quiet, and is working perfectly.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! We bought this set for our tea shop measuring about 800 sqft. We place one in the kitchen and one in the seating area. You can feel the breeze withing 3ft of the machine. We even use a laser and measured the temp to be about 64 coming out from the machine however if you wave the laser just a few feet away its 90 degrees...huge difference. My customers keeps complaining why we don't have AC but when I point to the mirrored AC device saying that we do...they said then fix it! We wasted so... more
