Bought this unit to install in a friends house, the unit works extremely well as have the other 3 units I've purchased from eComfort.

Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.

Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Installation straight forward and worked well but then it became a nightmare. Multiple calls back and a real money looser. Not great... wish I kept my 40 year old one... it worked a hell of a lot better.
