Shipping was fast. Delivered on wood pallet. Installation took 2 days, primarily because of location of the unit inside and outside. Line set length was 46 feet, did not need to add extra 410a. For communication/power I used 14/4 mini split cable sold at hvac supply stores. Unit runs very quiet (inside and out) in Cooling mode, while hearing,the compressor ramps up and you can hear it a little. This little heater does a wonderful job of keeping my two car garage nice and warm all winter long. I use my garage for a man-cave workshop in addition to parking my vehicles. I purchased this one because 15 years ago I purchased an ADP similar model. Well, after 15 well used years of 247 running, the board went out. So, instead of replacing the board I opted to replace the unit with another ADP. I don't think you can ask for many more trouble free years from any heater.

I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.
