Warmwire Heated Floor Jun 07, 2016

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. I ordered the Modine unit from this site. After i placed the order I received a call from a customer rep to verify the order details. I realized then that I did not ask for lift gate on shipping. The rep added that for me. I received the unit within three days and it installed quickly. It works great!

Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. A Great Little Fan Sep 27, 2016

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem.
