The thermostat is fine. When I ordered it, they sent the horizontal version by mistake, but as soon as I let them know they sent the proper vertical one asap. Thanks!

5-star Energy Efficient, High Quality Product Oct 26, 2016

I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. Whether you can justify spending this much is a personal choice but if you have heaters in a highly visible space and have a room that... more

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. To be safe, I laid a sheet of 1/4" luan plywood on top of the wires while laying the tile. I checked the resistance in the wires at each step... more
