At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. My business has been using this brand of fan for years. After ten years we finally had one that was starting to go out. Finding the brand of fan was easy with eComfort. I actually called and got an answer right away and was not on hold for very long. We originally bought the wrong size, but returning the fan was a very easy process. I am very happy I stumbled across this site.

A family member installed a 22k BTU Mitsubishi mini split in his 4 car garage (also purchased from ecomfort), i was so impressed with his unit i had to buy one myself. I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed. The installation in my open garage took about 8 hours start to finish, its a little involved but not over the top, a gauge vacuum set from HF made getting the unit up and running easy. Installed this boiler for a basement hydronic heat application. Boiler installation is very straightforward. Was impressed by the control screen. Boiler is very quiet. Overall very satisfied.
