Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. Leaked after 3 years . Outer tank is low quality steel, not stainless as implied. Warratny department is useless, claimed leak was caused by leaking supply connection. I also purchased a Triangle Tube boiler . It has failed 3 out of 4 winters. Also junk.

Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. It costs 67 cents a day to run for either modality! For most of the winter, I will likely not use the gas boiler. These units are durable but delicate to install. I can... more
