It was simple to install with no labor costs and it runs quiet and efficient. It keeps the shop comfortable with low humidity great for cast iron tables. DID YOU HAVE IT SERVICED BY A PRO WHO KNEW HOW TO DO A BUDERUS (BREAK DOWN SERVICE)...MY heat exchanger was dirty from not doing a yearly BUDERUS BREAK DOWN SERVICE as stated in the boiler manual....gas co. contract does not cover cleaning condensing boiler heat exchanger, so...it gets dirty, the flame temp in the heat exchanger goes up, and the sensor and igniter burn out...If in doubt, do what I did, Called Buderus in New Hampshire...number on manual that came with boiler,

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
