Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. This fan will cost you a little more, but it's worth it! Light is plenty bright, comes with light bulbs, 2 regular, 1 night. Easy to wire. Very quiet, can hardly hear it. Moves a lot of air. My mirror doesn't fog up at all and everything is bone dry. A tissue can easily be held up with fan power. It almost tears it and sucks it through the slots! Packaging of the product was top notch, very well protected.

Two days after installation, the 12k unit quit working with a fan malfunction code. Efforts to contact Gree have been unsuccessful. The 9k unit continues to operate normally. Warranty/repair is a real issue.

Very bad choice, did leak after 4 years, dealer unable to help, paid close to $1000.00 the life time warranty is not true, this product is made in Belgium not in USA..save yourself problems get a water heater manufacture in USA....the rest is garbage..
