UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.

I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.
