We needed to replace our crawl space forty years old gas furnace using the existing ducts. We went online came across eComfort after looking at several model we decided to call. We spoke with a Sales Representative after telling the rep what we needed gas furnance. The rep asked all the right questions to help us make the best decisions. Purchased this unit for the garage,which is my work shop. The installation was not difficult and very straight forward. Did have an HVAC person vacuum the lines as suggested. Both the indoor and outside units are extremely quiet. Very pleased with Daikin.

I installed two of these in one day. I had some problems since one of my thermostats had a humidifier and no power but the first one was a simple install. The support team got me updated and running quickly with the second. I installed an extra sensor on each thermostat and they seem to work well too.
