The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

Your illustrations for installation should be better. For example the rerouting of the condensation lines was not illustrated well. We figured it out but it took extra time. ....time is...? EVERYTHING!

The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. Easy for a DIY handyman to install. Fired up without problems. Got a kick out of delivery man stating "You'll really like this furnace....I installed two of them in homes I own". This was the second Goodman furnace I installed for relatives. Highly recommended.
