The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Ran unit Feb. 1 2016 heating very good super quiet, very please with it. Now waiting to run in cooling mode to see how it controls hot weather. I'll give it a 10 rating for now.
