My contractor purchased the 151 combi from local warehouse. I just wanted to share experiences for the whole deal of getting this one. I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. Our company has about 70 0f the v53 tankless waterheaters installed in our park models and cabins we got 7 cabins in 2015 june and 9 more in 2016 dec we are having problems with the heater to keep it running i've called for tech support but no one has a contract with rinnai to do warrenty work. We have customers in them now and no hot water - please help.
