The first company had an online program calculator to figure out the right furnace based upon the square footage, insulation and windows in the house. the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.
