I have installed these units for last one month only and they seems to be great. Very quiet units and very efficient. I have installed total 7 units and all are running fine. I think everyone should get them installed by professional installers.

I purchased the Gree duct units and installed in adjacent closets to the 4 rooms with grills on the walls. The connection pipes were run through the attic to the compressor. It was a lot of work to make the cutouts in the closet walls but the units work great, take up unused overhead space in the closets and are quiet! I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. One the top was banded a "cone" which prevented the unit from stacking. It was delivered by R & L delivery truck with a lift gate, and it was received without a dent or mark of... more

Needed the water heater in a hurry. Didn't do enough research, but found out I paid way too much for it. It a very good water heater, but not for the price I paid. I'll do better research in the future. Only been installed a week.

I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......
