Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Aug 01, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

My business has been using this brand of fan for years. After ten years we finally had one that was starting to go out. Finding the brand of fan was easy with eComfort. I actually called and got an answer right away and was not on hold for very long. We originally bought the wrong size, but returning the fan was a very easy process. I purchased the purefire 80, 6 years ago from eComfort, and it was the best purchase I have made. Super people to deal with and it has been an outstanding boiler with no problems. I'd buy from them again.
