My 13 year old electric water heater was way past its 6 year warranty so I decided to swap it out to this and couldn't be happier. I installed it in my shop 2 weeks ago and am very pleased. It is much quieter than most of the heaters in my friends shops and heats the space up quickly. The included directions are good also.

I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.
