My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.

I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug
