I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. Skeptical when purchasing, very pleased with results. Packaging could be better, air relief valve was damaged (shipping company), but easily replaced with peckok valve. Will be ordering more for sure, throws off impressive heat in a slimline package. Replaced 16' of slantfin baseboard and get tons more heat. Easy to install with multiple options of h20 hookups.

After researching many brands of ductless mini splits I decided on Daikin. They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. I was very happy to do business with eComfort as they were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering the unit and line kit.
