I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle. I recommend that you speak to a phone rep before placing your order. I didn't and fell into a sticky situation. In order to secure the full 15 year warranty om the product, you must check the cable for leakage to ground through the insulation of the wires. Leakage will cause the GFCI in the circuit to shut the heating cable off and render it useless. You must use a megaohmeter capable of sending a 1000 Volt pulse through the wire and capable of reading a 1000 megaohm result. These meters,if... more
