I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. the system works great in my small beach house - less than 2000 SQ ft. also removes a good bit of moisture leaving the air very comfortable - I would purchase again.
