As general contractors, we take pride in our customer service. We ordered the product, it was delivered on time with no problems, the tracking was easy, and the phone reps were very helpful. This is the 3rd unit we have ordered, and all have been shipped on time and in perfect shape. I recommend this to everyone! I installed it myself in 10 min without any problems! Programming was simple as well! It continues learning our temperature patterns and adapts to our needs and saves us money when we are not home. Ecomfort is where I will make all my future purchases!

Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like.
